Power-Nanny LLC Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 01 June 2025
- Definitions
“Power-Nanny”: The online training program for household nannies and caregivers, operated by Power-Nanny LLC, hosted via Kajabi, supported through WordPress and WhatsApp.
“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”: Power-Nanny LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Free Zone, UAE.
“Training Program”: The complete digital curriculum consisting of approximately 20 hours of educational content across five modules.
“Certificate”: The private certificate of completion issued upon successful completion of all training modules and assessments.
“Learner,” “you”: The individual enrolled in and accessing the Training Program.
“Purchaser”: The individual or entity purchasing access to the Training Program.
“Platform”: The third-party online learning management system (Kajabi) through which the Training Program is delivered.
“Community Support”: The optional WhatsApp group available to enrolled learners for peer support and ongoing tips.
- Nature of Service and Training Disclaimer
2.1 Private Training Program
Power-Nanny is a private training program aligned with global childcare best practices. It is NOT:
- Affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any government or regulatory authority
- A government-recognized qualification or professional certification
- A substitute for regulated first-aid training or childcare licensure
- Medical, pediatric, or clinical advice
2.2 Educational Purpose Only
The Training Program provides educational content focusing on childcare best practices, safety, nutrition, emotional support, and professional development. All content is for educational purposes only and encourages families to:
- Seek qualified medical help when needed
- Enroll in approved first-aid courses if required by local laws or employers
- Comply with applicable labor laws and domestic worker protections
2.3 Certificate Limitations
The Certificate reflects completion of a private training program only. It does not create:
- Government-recognized qualifications
- Professional registration or licensure
- Regulatory accreditation
- Employment guarantees
- Scope of Services
3.1 Training Content
The Training Program includes five modules covering:
- Module 1: Professionalism, communication, and working effectively with families
- Module 2: Child health, safety, and emergency awareness
- Module 3: Child nutrition, safe meal prep, allergies basics
- Module 4: Child development, behavior, and emotional skills
- Module 5: Educational play, language and early learning supports
3.2 Assessments and Certification
- Short quizzes are embedded within each module
- A Certificate is issued when the learner reaches the internal completion threshold
- Certificates are issued in the learner’s name as specified during enrollment
3.3 Community Support (Optional)
- Optional WhatsApp group for peer support, tips, and announcements
- Each member is free to leave the Group at any time.

- Access and Use Terms
4.1 Single Learner License
Each purchase grants access to one learner account only. The Training Program is licensed for:
- Personal, non-commercial use in the learner’s professional role as a nanny
- Single learner access only – account sharing is strictly prohibited and can be subject to cancellation of the acocunt
- Access duration as specified at time of purchase
4.2 Account Security
You must:
- Maintain secure login credentials
- Not share account access with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Account sharing may result in immediate suspension without refund
4.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Record, copy, distribute, or publicly share course materials
- Create derivative works from course content
- Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract course content
4.4 Single Certificate Per Purchase
One Purchase = One Certificate: Each purchase of the Premium plan Training Program grants access to one (1) certificate of completion only. This certificate is issued in the name of the designated learner upon successful completion of all training modules and assessments.
No Additional Certificates: If you require additional certificates for:
- Different learners
- Multiple family members
- Replacement certificates in different names
- Any other purpose
You must purchase separate access to the Training Program for each additional certificate required.
Certificate Name Changes: Once a certificate has been generated in a learner’s name, the name cannot be changed or transferred to another individual. If you need a certificate in a different name, you must purchase new access to the Training Program.
Refunds Not Available: No refunds will be provided for requests to obtain additional certificates from a single purchase. Each certificate requires a separate purchase transaction.
Each purchase of the Elite plan Training Program grants access to eight (8) certificates of completion only. Same rules as above apply.
- Payment Terms and Refund Policy
5.1 Payment
- Payment is required in full before access is granted
- Payment plans may be offered at our discretion
- All fees are in US dollar unless otherwise specified
5.2 Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediate nature of access, refunds are generally not available once course content is accessed. Limited exceptions include:
- Duplicate purchases reported within 48 hours
- Verified platform access issues preventing course access, reported within 48 hours
- Satisfaction issues within 48 hours
- Technical failures on our part preventing course delivery
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Local consumer protection rights are reserved where applicable.
- Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Ownership
All course materials, videos, quizzes, assessments, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Power-Nanny LLC. This includes but is not limited to:
- Text, images, videos, and audio content
- Course structure and methodology
- Assessment materials and formats
- Trademarks and branding elements
6.2 Limited License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Training Program solely for educational purposes.
- User Responsibilities and Conduct
7.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Training Program responsibly and professionally
- Respect other learners in community spaces
- Provide accurate information during enrollment
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Share harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate advice in community spaces
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
- Attempt to circumvent platform security measures
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Data Protection and Privacy
8.1 Data Collection
We collect minimal data necessary for service delivery:
- Purchaser and learner contact details
- Email addresses for account access
- Progress tracking information
- Phone numbers
8.2 Data Use
Personal data is used solely for:
- Providing access to the Training Program
- Tracking learning progress
- Issuing certificates
- Essential service communications
- Community support (if opted-in)
8.3 Consent and Rights
- Marketing communications require explicit consent
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
- Opt-out mechanisms are provided for all communications
- Data retention is limited to service requirements and legal obligations
8.4 Compliance
We aim to comply with applicable privacy regulations, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and GDPR principles where applicable.
- WhatsApp Community Terms
9.1 Optional Participation
- WhatsApp community participation is entirely optional
- You may leave the group at any time
9.2 Community Guidelines
Participants must:
- Respect privacy of families and children
- Avoid sharing personally identifiable information about employers or children
- Provide only safe, appropriate advice
- Maintain professional standards of communication
9.3 Prohibited Content
- Sharing unsafe childcare advice
- Personal information about children or families
- Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Commercial solicitation without permission
- Employment Relationship Boundaries
10.1 No Employment Services
Power-Nanny is NOT:
- An employment agency or placement service
- A party to employment contracts between families and nannies
- Responsible for HR, payroll, visa, or labor compliance services
10.2 Employment Compliance
You remain responsible for:
- Complying with applicable labor laws in your jurisdiction
- Meeting visa and work authorization requirements
- Following domestic worker protection laws
- Maintaining appropriate employment relationships
- Outcomes and Results Disclaimer
11.1 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Specific child outcomes or developmental results
- Elimination of childcare risks
- Employment opportunities or wage improvements
- Satisfaction of specific employer requirements
11.2 Variable Results
Training outcomes depend on:
- Individual learner effort and application
- Specific family circumstances and needs
- External factors beyond our control
- Local regulations and requirements
- Limitation of Liability and Warranties
12.1 “As Is” Service
The Training Program is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Power-Nanny LLC’s total liability for any claims arising from the Training Program shall not exceed the amount paid for access to the training.
12.3 Excluded Liabilities
We are not liable for:
- Actions of nannies (whether trained or untrained)
- Platform interruptions or losses from third-party services (Kajabi, WhatsApp, Stripe)
- Misapplication of training content
- Employment disputes or issues
- Outcomes in specific childcare situations
- Third-Party Platforms
13.1 Platform Dependencies
The Training Program relies on third-party platforms including:
- Kajabi (learning management system)
- WhatsApp (community support)
- Stripe (payment processing)
13.2 Platform Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Service interruptions by third-party platforms
- Data security incidents at third-party providers
- Changes to third-party terms of service
- Platform availability or technical issues
- Referral Program (If Applicable)
Referral Terms
If a referral program is active:
- Eligibility requirements will be clearly specified
- Proof of successful referral completion is required
- Payment amounts and timing will be disclosed
- Anti-spam and platform policy compliance is mandatory
- Fraud prevention measures apply
- Promotions and Contests
Promotional Terms
Occasional promotional activities may include:
- Community challenges or rewards
- Completion incentives
- Referral bonuses
- Educational contests
- Social Media publication
- Modifications and Updates
16.1 Content Updates
We reserve the right to:
- Update course content to reflect current best practices
- Modify training modules for improvement
- Add or remove features from the Platform
- Update certificates or documentation
16.2 Terms Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification to registered users
- Platform announcements
- Updated terms posted on our website
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
- Termination
17.1 Termination by User
You may terminate access by:
- Ceasing to use the Platform
- Requesting account closure
- Leaving community groups
17.2 Termination by Company
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abusive or harmful behavior
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Legal or safety concerns
17.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to Training Program ceases
- Certificates previously earned remain valid
- Community access is removed
- Intellectual property restrictions continue
- Governing Law and Disputes
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Free Zone.
18.2 Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- Parties will attempt amicable resolution for 30 days
- Mediation through SHAMS Free Zone dispute resolution procedures
- Final resolution through UAE courts if necessary
18.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
- Miscellaneous
19.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.
19.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior understandings.
19.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
19.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
